All we ask is for a video to show that you used it on your sailboat.
Install 3DFurler on your sailboat within 60 days after the UPS Documented Delivery Date. Try 3DFurler for 30 days and if you are not 100% Satisfied just uninstall and return to us within 10 Days after the 30-Day Trial Period along with video proof that you installed, operated and sailed with the 3DFurler as your headsail furler.
We will send you Return Authorization to return the 3DFurler. You must pack it carefully in a 14 x 14 x 14 Box and supply your own pre-paid shipping label by UPS. Shipments will not be accepted without Return Authorization your return must be shipped within 10 days of the Return Authorization.
Once we receive your return and check for any damaged or missing parts, you will be notified of your refund due. Damaged or missing parts will be deducted from your refund at the prices shown on our website.
