Shipping Policy

Free Shipping: We offer free shipping to the contiguous 48 US States. $35.00 to Canada. For countries outside of the USA and Canada, 3DFurler will not expedite or generate any customs documents. WE suggest using a USA based shipping address to which we will any shipment.

Shipping Times (Pickup by Carrier)

Shipping times shall be as stated in the Check Out section. 

Tracking & Delivery

Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number. Delivery responsibility transfers to the Carrier upon shipment. We are not liable for delays, missed deliveries, or returns due to actions such as failure to provide a correct address, failure to accept deliveries etc.

• Reshipment Fees: If a shipment is returned to us due to non-receipt or refusal to receive or for any reason, Carrier reshipment fees will apply before the order may be re-shipped. Unpaid fees after 30 days may result in a non – refundable order cancellation.

Factory Pickups: 

Sorry, we do not do direct pickups at this time.

When you purchase your 3DFurler you automatically are covered with unlimited remote support for life. This includes video and phone. Our goal is to get you sailing, so please take advantage of our free assistance.

30-Day Risk-Free Trial

We offer all our customers a chance to install and try the 3DFurler on orders placed  after July 15,2026.

• Install 3DFurler on your sailboat within 60 days after the UPS Documented Delivery Date. Try 3DFurler for 30 days and if you are not 100% Satisfied just uninstall and return to us within 10 Days after the 30-Day Trial Period along with video proof that you installed, operated and sailed with the 3DFurler as your headsail furler.
• Apply here for Return Authorization to return the 3DFurler. You must pack it carefully in the original  14 x 14 x 14 Box and supply your own pre-paid shipping label by UPS. Shipments will not be accepted without Return Authorization be shipped within 10 days of the Return Authorization.
• Once we receive your return and check for any damaged or missing parts, you will be notified of your refund due. Damaged or missing parts will be deducted from your refund at $15.00 per foil set, $60,00 for Drum, $60.00 for the Top, $1.00 per stainless steel bolt/nut piece. Consumables such as Pulley and Hex Tees not applicable.
• Purchasers refunded for the 3DFurler trial are prohibited from posting any social media content without written consent from 3DFurler.com
• 30-Day Risk-Free Trial is only applicable to headsail applications and is not applicable to custom modification projects or any behind the mast applications without the express written consent of 3DFurler.com.

Image Disclosure

• By submitting or transmitting any photographs, videos, or other media to 3DFurler.com, you irrevocably grant 3DFurler full ownership and unrestricted rights to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, display, and publish such materials for any purpose, in any format or medium, without compensation or attribution. You expressly waive all claims of copyright, moral rights, and any other proprietary interest in the submitted content, acknowledging that it becomes the sole property of 3DFurler upon submission.

Credit Card Transactions

• In the event a Credit Card payment is reversed by the Issuing Bank, the amount shall be deemed as a balance owing to us and the customer shall be liable for all credit collections and legal costs including Court and Credit Rating submission fees.

Damaged Goods

1. Customers must inspect inside packages immediately upon receipt. Report any damage or missing components within 3 days by emailing help@3dfurler.com with photos and a description or contacting us at 904-600-4105.
2. Damage Replacements will be sent by Free Shipping. No returns required.

Product Liability

• All products sold by 3dfurler.com are intended for use on pleasure craft only unless otherwise approved in writing by 3DFurler.com. 
• By purchasing and using our products, the customer acknowledges and accepts full responsibility for proper installation, operation and compliant usage.
• 3dfurler.com, its owners, affiliates, and suppliers shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damage resulting from normal use, misuse, improper installation, modification, rigging failures or failure to follow product guidelines.
• By using this website and purchasing our products, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 3dfurler.com, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses—including legal fees—arising out of your use of the products for any reason whatsoever.
• This indemnification obligation survives the termination of your relationship with 3dfurler.com.

Information Liability

All measurement examples, calculations, and sizing guidance provided herein are for general reference only. 3DFurler.com does not guarantee the accuracy, applicability, or suitability of any measurements supplied by a vessel owner, installer, or third party. Final dimensions for forestay length, furler size selection, sail luff length, and all related rigging components must be verified directly on the vessel after the roller furler has been fully installed and properly tensioned.

3DFurler.com assumes no responsibility or liability for incorrect, incomplete, or estimated measurements, nor for any resulting product misfit, sail incompatibility, installation difficulty, or rigging failure. All customers, installers, and sailmakers are solely responsible for confirming actual on‑boat measurements before ordering sails, cutting materials, or committing to any rigging configuration. Use of examples, formulas and any other information provided on this website does not constitute professional rigging, boating or safety advice and is undertaken entirely at the user’s own risk.

Contractual Disputes

In the event of any dispute, controversy, or claim arising out of or relating to your use of 3DFurler products or services, including but not limited to contractual disagreements, legal claims, or credit card chargebacks or disputes, you acknowledge and agree that this Terms and Conditions document shall govern and be deemed the binding agreement between you and 3DFurler. By proceeding with any purchase, installation, use, or submission of a claim or dispute, you expressly accept these Terms and Conditions as controlling and agree that any such dispute will be resolved in accordance with the provisions, limitations, and procedures set forth herein as allowed by Maryland State Law.
