Shipping Policy
Free Shipping: We offer free shipping to the contiguous 48 US States.
Delivery Times
Delivery times shall be as stated in the Check Out section or 4 to 6 weeks if not stated. Orders with longer delivery times than 4- 6 weeks, will receive a 5% Discount.
Tracking & Delivery
Once your order ships, you’ll receive a tracking number. Delivery responsibility transfers to the Carrier upon shipment. We are not liable for delays, missed deliveries, or returns due to incorrect addresses or refusal to accept packages.
- Reshipment Fees: If a shipment is returned due to non-receipt or refusal, reshipment fees will apply. Unpaid fees after 30 days may result in order non – refundable order cancellation.
Factory Pickups:
Subject to production location and pre-arrangements made. No discount applies to pickups.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
- All Sales Are Final.
- In the event a Credit Card payment is reversed by the Issuing Bank, the amount shall be deemed as a balance owing to us and the customer shall be liable for all credit collections and legal costs including Court Fees.
Damaged Goods
- Customers must inspect inside packages immediately upon receipt. Report any damage or missing components within 3 days by emailing help@3dfurler.com with photos and a description or contacting us at 904-600-4105.
- Damage Replacements will be sent by Free Shipping.

- By using this website and purchasing our products, you agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless 3dfurler.com, its owners, employees, agents, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, or expenses—including legal fees—arising out of your use of the products for any reason whatsoever.
