Behind the Mast Furling
3D Furler is designed to be operated at any angle on any stay which makes it perfect for behind the mast installation.
Simply add a stay about 3 - 4 inches behind the boom to give the drum clearance and install your 3D Furler.
Rig your control lines any way you wish on the boom.
The main sail will be loose footed.
Check the Luff Bolt to ensure it will fit in the 12 mm Luff Gap on the foils.
Measuring your mast's dimension to determine the radius for a side mounted platform.
Below is a free link to a stay platform file that can be scaled to your mast size or change it to suit your needs.
Use it on both Top and Lower.
Using the X and Y measurements will determine the correct Radius.
Scale the free drawing in compatible freeware such as Blender or Free Cad.
You can then hire a local fabricator to make an aluminum one or 3D Print in ASA.

Behind the Mast applications.
All lines are and tensioners are mounted "under " the drum, which will be much easier to complete than above , since the drum will be sitting above the boom.

Using a turnbuckle to tension the stay may be impractical as it can add too much height.
Just use a Sta- Lok type compression
fitting into a turnbuckle stud followed by two keeper nuts as shown below.
Use the lower keeper nut to tension the stay.
