The load runs through the axis rather than across a bearing face, cutting surface drag by 95%. The line pulls easily even under forestay tension, which is where most furlers start to bind.
SlideLock™ Foils
Foil sections key into each other along the full length of the stay, so torsional load is carried by the whole assembly instead of a handful of joints. Modular, so you cut the count to your stay.
ASA TerPolymer
UV-stable, dimensionally stable in salt and sun, and it won’t gall against stainless the way aluminium does. Replace a single section if you ever damage one, instead of the whole extrusion.
